Spear, Vanden Borre Join Patch as Department Chairs; Morse Added to Management Committee

Shareholder Jeffrey Spear has been selected as Chair of Orr & Reno’s Litigation Department, and shareholder Erin Vanden Borre will assume the role of Chair of the Corporate Department.

Spear and Vanden Borre join shareholder Douglas Patch, who heads the Regulated Industry Services, as department heads within the firm.

Additionally, shareholder Julie Morse will take over as Secretary of the firm’s Management Committee. Morse, who succeeds Margie Kerouac, will serve alongside President Peter Burger, Treasurer Robert Carey, and COO Maureen McLean.
