Spear, Vanden Borre Join Patch as Department Chairs; Morse Added to Management Committee

Shareholder Jeffrey Spear[1] has been selected as Chair of Orr & Reno’s Litigation Department, and shareholder Erin Vanden Borre[2] will assume the role of Chair of the Corporate Department.

Spear and Vanden Borre join shareholder Douglas Patch[3], who heads the Regulated Industry Services, as department heads within the firm.

Additionally, shareholder Julie Morse[4] will take over as Secretary of the firm’s Management Committee. Morse, who succeeds Margie Kerouac[5], will serve alongside President Peter Burger[6], Treasurer Robert Carey[7], and COO Maureen McLean.
