Erin’s practice is focused on a broad range of commercial real estate matters. She represents developers, retailers, service providers and institutions in transactions involving all classes of real estate assets, both regionally and nationally. Erin specializes in transactions involving retail assets, including the negotiation of complex leases and subleases on behalf of both landlords and tenants. She regularly represents clients in connection with the acquisition, financing and sale of commercial properties, and has experience assisting clients with hospitality-related matters, including the acquisition, sale and financing of hospitality assets, liquor licensing issues and the negotiation of hotel management agreements.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Orr & Reno, Erin practiced in the real estate departments of large regional law firms based in Manchester, New Hampshire and Boston, Massachusetts. Erin also completed a full-time legal internship (“co-op”) with Orr & Reno while in law school.

Hobbies

Erin is an avid skier, runner and cyclist, and enjoys nothing more than being out on the trails with her husband and two young children.
