Corporate and Real Estate Legal Assistant
Orr & Reno is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic legal assistant to join our Corporate and Commercial Real Estate Group. The successful candidate will possess a professional demeanor and exceptional organization, written and verbal communication skills. The ability to be flexible, multi-task and prioritize is required. Must be detail-oriented, have superior computer skills (to include Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, have proficiency at scanning and maintaining large/nuanced electronic files), be a team player, have a professional demeanor, and possess the ability to work independently.
This position supports multiple attorneys and paralegals.
A minimum of 3 years of legal assistant experience is required. Prior corporate/transactional or commercial real estate experience is a plus. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position working onsite in our Concord office.

Receptionist
Orr & Reno is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. Key responsibilities include projecting a professional image while providing exceptional customer service to clients, guests and other employees; answering incoming phone calls; and greeting guests in a professional and courteous manner. The successful candidate will also be extremely dependable, possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, have the ability to handle a multi-line phone system, be able to host large groups of clients in multiple conference rooms, and understand the importance of protecting confidential client information. This position serves as a coordinator for our “front of house” operations, so the ideal candidate will be someone who can take ownership of the firm’s public spaces and ensure that they are well-maintained. Knowledge of and a proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and standard office equipment is also required. This team member also assists with various projects to support our Finance Department and/or legal team. Examples of such projects include, but are not limited to, assisting with scanning, entering new client records into our client database, and processing monthly reminder statements for billing.
The ideal candidate will have prior reception experience within an office environment, although we are willing to invest time in training the right candidate.

Finance Associate
Orr & Reno seeks a Finance Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our growing financial operations team. This role is integral to ensuring accurate billing, effective cash flow management, and the smooth flow of the firm’s financial processes. The successful candidate will have experience in a law firm or professional services environment, strong technical accounting skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision. The candidate should also be a team player who is detail-oriented and possesses exceptional organization and communication skills.
Responsibilities include processing client invoices, billing, accounts payable and receivable, as well as processing daily banking transactions, managing electronic payments and transfers, assisting with client trust account transactions, supporting monthly bank reconciliations, maintaining and updating financial spreadsheets, assisting with month-end reporting and financial analysis, and ensuring data accuracy across internal finance systems. This position also supports our administrative team as needed, which could include providing reception coverage. General ledger knowledge is a plus. A strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; experience working in a law firm is a plus. A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience is required.
This is a full-time position onsite in our Concord, New Hampshire, office.
