Mediation & Arbitration

Orr & Reno’s Mediation and Arbitration Practice Group provides alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services, including mediation, arbitration and neutral case evaluation.  These methods offer parties confidential, cost-effective alternatives to the time, expense, and uncertainty of litigation in the courts. The practice group is comprised of seasoned attorneys, including a retired Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court, with extensive experience in litigated and regulatory matters.  The group is dedicated to helping parties reach prompt and practical solutions to their legal disputes.

Whether one is interested in pursuing mediation, arbitration or neutral case evaluation, the attorneys in this practice group will work flexibly to accommodate the needs of parties and their counsel.  They will conduct the process at our centrally located Concord office, at the office of counsel for one or more parties, at another mutually convenient location, virtually, or using a hybrid process that is convenient to the parties.
