Orr & Reno has a long history of representing health care organizations, from the firm’s work helping to create the state’s early pioneering multi-disciplinary medical clinics, to the introduction of medical equipment entities allowing multiple health care organizations to effectively take advantage of advanced medical technologies.  The firm continues to represent both larger health care organizations and smaller medical clinics with respect to their internal governance and compliance with health care regulations.  Our health care clients also work with the firm’s immigration law team to obtain visas for foreign physicians and other health care providers.
