Judith, who is a Director and former chair of the firm’s Family Law Group, brings over 40 years of experience to her work in divorce and family law. Specializing in representing high-net-worth individuals and their spouses, Judith represents business owners, legal and medical professionals, executives, engineers, teachers, airline pilots, state employees, trust beneficiaries, self-employed individuals and those with inherited wealth.

Judith works on divorce and post-divorce modification, and cases involving business valuation and trust interests. She has decades of experience with pre- and postnuptial agreements, representing one party in the drafting or review process or, alternatively, working with both parties in the mediation space, which maximizes efficiency and collaboration while reducing overall legal fees. Judith’s considerable courtroom experience gives her the confidence to effectively negotiate cases out of court through mediation, collaboration, Neutral Case Evaluation. As a mediator and collaboratively trained practitioner, Judith is compassionate and creative, with a focus on assessing client goals and providing realistic legal advice.

Through her long tenure as a New Hampshire family law attorney, Judith has developed valuable relationships with experts in the field of wealth management, business and real estate valuation. As a partner in a multidisciplinary firm, Judith has in-house access to real estate, trust, tax, employment, and corporate attorneys.

Judith is active in both community and civic matters and when time allows, enjoys gardening, cycling, and golf.
