Orr & Reno maintains an active hospitality practice, assisting hotel owners and managers in buying and selling hotel properties across the country.  This practice area entails not only the negotiating and drafting of purchase and sale documents containing many provisions specific to the world of hotels, but also structuring joint ventures and equity investment vehicles, negotiating and working with lenders and franchisors, and handling the regulatory, land use and liquor licensing aspects of these deals, all necessary to bring these transactions across the finish line.  The firm also counsels its hotelier clients on ongoing operational issues, refinancings, and other legal matters that arise.
