Heidi S. Cole

Heidi’s practice focuses on corporate transactions within the hospitality industry.  She represents buyers and sellers of hotels on a variety of matters involving the purchase, sale, and financing of commercial property.  Heidi manages the drafting, review and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and ancillary transactional documents, and advises on matters relating to due diligence, liquor licensing, franchise and management agreements, and financing transactions.  Heidi also regularly drafts, reviews and negotiates a broad range of commercial contracts.

Additionally, Heidi has experience advising clients on promotional matters involving online sweepstakes and contests, including drafting and reviewing official rules and ancillary documents, and providing guidance on state registration requirements.  

Heidi is active in her children’s youth sports and scouting activities, and enjoys hiking, kayaking, skiing, photography, and long road trips with her family through National Parks.
