Samuel R. Fuller

Sam is a business lawyer who assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, search fund transactions, entity restructurings, corporate governance, debt and equity financing, and other corporate matters. Sam also represents clients in connection with employment law matters, including the drafting and negotiation of employment agreements, consulting agreements, and non-competition and confidentiality agreements.

Prior to joining Orr & Reno, Sam was an associate at a large law firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. Sam also served as in-house corporate counsel for a large publicly traded company.

Sam spends his free time with his wife and two kids. Sam is an avid golfer who enjoys competing in local tournaments.
