John is a commercial real estate attorney. He regularly handles acquisitions and dispositions, leases (including retail leases, ground leases and office leases), condominium developments, and real estate financing throughout the Northeast. John also has an active land use practice, representing clients before zoning boards and planning boards for development projects in New Hampshire.  

Prior to joining Orr & Reno, John spent a decade building a commercial real estate practice in a regional law firm, based out of its Manchester, New Hampshire office.

John enjoys cycling, skiing and playing hockey.
