John A. Malmberg

John counsels clients in the health care and non-profit organization sectors, as well as small businesses. From day-to-day questions such as patient confidentiality to the structure of innovative joint ventures among different providers, he has worked extensively with healthcare organizations for more than forty years, representing a range of different providers such as hospitals, physician practices, behavioral health providers, clinical laboratories, and long-term care facilities. He counsels clients about compliance, reimbursement and regulatory questions, and strategic planning options and implementation.

John’s prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for U.S. District Judge Albert W. Coffrin (VT) and as Assistant Attorney General for the State of New Hampshire.
