With substantial experience securing J waivers for foreign medical graduates, including designated and flex waivers for primary care and specialists, we prioritize staying abreast of changing policies, filing requirements and timelines of the State Conrad 30, regional, and federal waiver programs. As J waiver commitments are served while in H-1B status, we counsel physicians and their employers on aspects of the H-1B visa early in the waiver process to ensure all issues are addressed at the outset.  Furthermore, we coordinate various green card pathways early in the J waiver process to ensure long term goals and objectives are strategically met.
