Bill’s practice focuses on representing the media, journalists and authors; appellate matters; and representing property owners seeking tax exemptions and/or abatements.  Bill has represented several national, regional and local media organizations and journalists in access cases under the First Amendment, the Freedom of Information Act, and New Hampshire’s Right-to-Know Law, and defended against defamation, privacy claims and confidential source cases.
