Sue has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 35 years. She is well known by lawyers, bankers, builders and real estate professionals for her expertise in complex commercial real estate transactions, municipal zoning, real estate development and title insurance. Sue has earned the respect of practitioners, clients, and colleagues for her ability to get the job done, even under the most difficult situations, and for her professional demeanor, her patience and the respect with which she treats others. Sue was the recipient of the 2004 New Hampshire Bar Association Paralegal Professionalism Award for her exemplary dedication and service to the legal profession.

Sue enjoys playing pickleball, quilting, taking long walks and spending time in the sunshine whenever she can.
