Michaela B. Dunn

Associate, Litigation Department

Michaela’s practice focuses on complex litigation matters at the state and federal level, personal injury, criminal defense, and land use and tax abatement.  

Prior to joining the firm, Michaela served as a judicial law clerk for Magistrate Judge Talesha Saint-Marc and Chief Magistrate Judge Andrea Johnstone in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire.  Directly following law school, Michaela spent two years clerking for the State of New Hampshire Superior Court in both Strafford and Carroll County.

At Suffolk Law, Michaela participated in the Suffolk Prosecutor Program, where she argued various issues on behalf of the Essex County District Attorney’s Office as a Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney.  She also authored a Note for the Suffolk Law Review considering the admissibility of evidence of past abuse, as part of expert testimony on battered woman syndrome, in support of a duress defense.  

In her spare time, Michaela enjoys reading, travel, and spending time outdoors.
