Meredith Farrell Goldstein

Associate, Litigation Department

Meredith advises clients on a range of civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, residential real estate disputes, and land use and development litigation. As a litigator, Meredith enjoys helping her clients solve problems and resolve disputes. She represents clients in both federal and state litigation, as well as in front of local Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustments.

Meredith is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law and the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program. Meredith completed legal residencies at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Hampshire, BAE Systems, and with the Honorable Judge Joseph Laplante in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. While in law school, Meredith and a fellow University of New Hampshire law student were selected to compete in a Northeast Regional Moot Court competition and won Best Oral Argument.

A lifelong resident of New Hampshire, Meredith enjoys travel, running, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Ellie.
