Jeremy D. Eggleton

Director, Litigation Department

Jeremy’s practice centers on resolving real life conflicts with intense personal and financial stakes. He litigates easement and boundary disputes, will and trust challenges, business divorces and partnership breakdowns, and civil and constitutional rights, including First Amendment in media law and homeowner association conflicts.  At the core of all these cases is often a breakdown in relations, in which options have run out and people want the courts to decide.  When a case must go to trial, Jeremy has the benefit of having tried dozens of cases, including multiple civil jury trials – a rarity for attorneys not engaged in criminal law.

Jeremy also appears regularly at the New Hampshire Supreme Court, briefing and arguing appeals from trial court and administrative decisions. He brings to appellate cases the tools necessary to prevail at that level: creative legal research and analysis, cohesive argument, and strong written and oral advocacy.
