Jeffrey C. Spear

Jeff’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, business disputes, land use matters, and intellectual property. He has represented clients in a broad range of disputes, including claims of defect in radiation-hardened FPGAs, copyright in technical documents, disagreements between owners in closely held businesses, and civil forfeiture of a foreign bank’s US-based holdings.

Jeff represents his clients in all phases of a matter, from informal advice to mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. His goal is to provide clients with arguments that are as thorough, detailed, and compelling as possible.

When he is not working, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, taking photographs, listening to music, and playing Souls-like video games. He also tries to enjoy golf.
