Genevieve J. Van Beaver

Genevieve primarily supports the litigation department in a variety of matters including personal injury, civil and criminal matters, and all phases of complex commercial litigation and real estate disputes. She is a value-driven paralegal with experience in successfully supporting and managing the caseloads of multiple attorneys. She is well-versed in all aspects of trial preparation and excels with inter-personal client relationships. She also assists the energy practice group and governmental relations group, and has a seasoned knowledge of the state utility regulatory process and state legislature. Occasionally she assists the health care group with the drafting and maintaining of key organizational documents for local hospitals.

Outside of Genevieve’s professional life, she is devoted to her family and enjoys a variety of activities including running, skiing, cooking, reading and travel.
