Candice R. Tischofer

Candy works closely with clients and the firm’s trust and estate attorneys to ensure that the administration of a decedent’s estate and/or trust is handled with care and accuracy. Candy makes Probate Court filings, gathers and liquidates the decedent’s assets, prepares accountings of all assets, files fiduciary income tax returns, prepares and files federal estate tax returns, and performs various other tasks necessary to transition assets from a decedent or trust to the intended beneficiaries.

Candy has more than 34 years of experience working as a paralegal in estate and trust administration.

Candy enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, reading, taking road trip vacations with her husband, and going for walks with her dog.
