Rachel S. Bier

Rachel practices in civil litigation, with a focus on Commercial and Business Disputes, and Intellectual Property litigation.

Before coming to Orr & Reno, Rachel was a litigator in the Boston office of an international law firm. Her practice focused on complex patent infringement litigation. She was a member of the trial team in several successful high-stakes patent cases, which were litigated in various courts across the country. Her clients included companies in the semiconductor, medical diagnostics, and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, during a six-month rotation as a Special Assistant District Attorney at the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, Rachel prosecuted misdemeanors and felonies. Rachel knows how to zealously represent clients in court and to find solutions for them out of court.   

Rachel enjoys skiing, playing tennis, and spending time with family.
