Overview

Attorney

Sam is a business lawyer who assists clients with a wide range of legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, search fund transactions, corporate governance, commercial finance, commercial real estate transactions, and commercial leasing. Sam also advises clients in connection with employment law matters, including negotiation of employment agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, confidentiality agreements, independent contractor agreements, and separation agreements.

Sam has served as both outside and in-house counsel, giving him a practical, client-oriented approach to addressing legal issues.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Orr & Reno, Sam began his legal career representing clients in connection with corporate transactions at a large, international law firm in Boston, Massachusetts. Sam also served as in-house corporate counsel for a large publicly traded company headquartered in New Hampshire.

Hobbies

Sam spends his free time with his wife and two wonderful kids. Sam also enjoys playing golf, watching golf and talking golf.
