John counsels businesses and exempt organizations regarding mergers and acquisitions, project financings, joint ventures, entity formation, private offerings of debt and equity and other complex transactions. He represents developers, investors and lenders in commercial real estate and lending transactions, including those utilizing the new markets tax credit and low income housing tax credit. Jack counsels clients regarding estate planning, business succession planning, charitable gift planning, and fiduciary issues, and represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Claims.

Past Experience

John practiced in Washington, D.C. and Boston, Massachusetts, and worked as a certified public accountant with a national accounting firm in New York City
