George advises insurance companies and agents, financial institutions, and other business clients. He frequently represents clients before the New Hampshire Insurance Department, Department of Labor and other administrative agencies. George represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, and transactions requiring regulatory approval, enforcement actions and legislative matters. George has been in private practice in New Hampshire since 1976.
Early in his career George served as Assistant Insurance Commissioner, New Hampshire Insurance Department.
