Abigail works with the corporate and real estate teams and assists clients on a wide range of general corporate and transactional matters, including business entity formations, non-profit formations, corporate and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions.

Hobbies

In her free time, Abigail enjoys oil painting at her home studio.  She was also a two-time Olympic hopeful for the 2016 Rio Olympics and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in Archery.  She continues to compete in national events and also enjoys private coaching.
