As policymakers have begun exploring when and how to “reopen” our economy, business leaders are increasingly concerned about potential COVID-19 liability exposure. The one-hour presentation hosted by the Business Industry Association (BIA) will feature a panel of legal experts who will examine the risks employers face, even if acting in good faith. The webinar will also explore legal “safe harbor” legislation to protect businesses who are trying to do the right thing.
