New USCIS Policy:  I-485 Employment-Based Interviews

September 12, 2017  -  USCIS released a revised version of Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. As of September 18, employers may only use this revised version (revision date of 07/17/17 N):   https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-9-paper-version.pdf.   Employers must continue following existing storage and retention rules for any previously completed Form I-9.
