Attorney Samuel Fuller Joins Orr & Reno
Jun 21, 2023Orr & Reno welcomes business attorney Samuel Fuller to the law firm.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law, Sam focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, search fund transactions, corporate governance, commercial finance, commercial real estate transactions, and commercial leasing.
Sam’s background includes time spent as outside counsel for an international law firm based in Boston and, as in-house corporate counsel for a publicly traded company in New Hampshire.
“Sam has already accomplished a lot in his young legal career, and we are happy to have someone of his caliber, who is also homegrown, to join our growing mergers and acquisition and search fund practice, ” says Orr & Reno President Peter Burger.
