Morgan Hughes
Overview
AttorneyAs an associate in the corporate and real estate department, Morgan’s areas of focus include mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, and land use.
Morgan is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. During law school, Morgan conducted research on land use and served as a teaching assistant for classes on real property. Morgan also completed a summer associateship and semester residency, at Orr & Reno. Since graduating, Morgan has joined the firm as a full-time associate.
Past experience
Prior to attending law school, Morgan completed her master’s in real estate analysis and development, focusing her master’s thesis on REIT resilience to conventional market shocks. Morgan also conducted research during her undergraduate career comparing the investment advantages of renting and investing a comparable down payment in a diversified REIT portfolio versus conventional investing in a residential property in various metropolitan markets.
