Legal Breakfast Series: The Impact of Divorce on the Workplace

Attorneys Judith Fairclough and Margaret Kerouac will be the featured speakers during the latest Orr & Reno Legal Breakfast Series on Thursday, February 16 at the Orr & Reno offices at 45 South Main Street in Concord.

Fairclough and Kerouac will share tips and strategies to help businesses avoid complications when dealing with divorce in the workplace, with an emphasis on management issues. Topics will include: employee productivity, resources and referrals, wage or income assignments, electronic communications, employer’s obligation to preserve electronic evidence, employer privacy issues, health insurance benefits and confidentiality of financial discovery. Fairclough and Kerouac are shareholders and members of Orr & Reno’s Family Law Practice Group.

The event starts at 8 a.m. and is free to the public, but pre-registration is required. Coffee and light breakfast will be served.
