Attorney Brad Melson Joins Orr & Reno

Orr & Reno welcomes attorney Brad Melson to the law firm. Melson’s practice will focus on business law including mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and commercial finance.

Melson is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and holds an M.B.A. from Northeastern University D’Amore-Kim School of Business. He brings a business-minded approach to advising and counseling investors, entrepreneurs, and privately-held companies on a wide range of general corporate, commercial, and transactional matters, including entity formation, governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, private offerings of debt and equity, and business succession planning.
