Kai’s practice is focused on commercial real estate matters. She assists clients with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of all types of commercial properties. Kai also represents clients in public finance transactions, including securitizations, derivatives, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Orr & Reno, Kai worked in the real estate department of a national firm based in Omaha, Nebraska, and also for the Union Pacific Railroad, where she handled the disposition of surplus property, negotiated leases, reviewed title matters and managed real estate assets.
Hobbies
Kai is an avid culinary enthusiast and enjoys discovering restaurants that focus on unique cuisines. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs.
