John’s practice is focused on commercial real estate. He advises clients in connection with buying, selling, leasing, and financing property. He regularly represents clients before zoning boards and planning boards throughout New Hampshire to obtain permits and approvals for developments. John’s practice also includes a variety of real estate litigation, such as boundary disputes, evictions, tax abatements, and appeals involving development permits and approvals.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Orr & Reno, John spent a decade building a commercial real estate practice as an attorney with a New England law firm, based out of its Manchester, NH office.
