On September 30, 2020, Governor Sununu issued Emergency Order 70 – extending Emergency Order 52 until November 15, 2020. This means employers and employees must continue to comply with the state’s Universal Guidelines for All New Hampshire Employers and Employees, as well as any applicable industry-specific guidelines.
