by Mike DeBlasi | October 1, 2020 12:10 am

On September 30, 2020, Governor Sununu issued Emergency Order 70[1] – extending Emergency Order 52[2] until November 15, 2020.  This means employers and employees must continue to comply with the state’s Universal Guidelines for All New Hampshire Employers and Employees, as well as any applicable industry-specific guidelines.

The Emergency Orders can be found at https://www.governor.nh.gov/news-and-media/emergency-orders-2020[3].

This serves as a good reminder to ensure your business is in compliance with the requirements, as well as other state and federal workplace safety standards.  If you have questions, seek experienced employment counsel.
