Attorney Laboe to Present at ACC Virtual Conference
Sep 13, 2021Orr & Reno Attorney James Laboe will deliver a presentation, “OSHA Is Knocking: Are You Ready?” on behalf of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) at the 2021 Virtual ACC Annual Meeting on October 20, 2021.
Laboe, a frequent presenter, has 20 years of experience in handling contested OSHA matters. He routinely represents employers before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
Laboe will explain how employers can assert a measure of control over the inspection process by carefully considering inspection protocols and preparing in advance.
