Attorney Laboe to Present at ACC Virtual Conference

Orr & Reno Attorney James Laboe[1] will deliver a presentation, “OSHA Is Knocking: Are You Ready?” on behalf of the Association of Corporate Counsel[2] (ACC) at the 2021 Virtual ACC Annual Meeting[3] on October 20, 2021.

Laboe, a frequent presenter, has 20 years of experience in handling contested OSHA matters. He routinely represents employers before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration[4] and the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission[5].

Laboe will explain how employers can assert a measure of control over the inspection process by carefully considering inspection protocols and preparing in advance. Industry professionals will learn an overview of OSHA inspections along with a detailed look at the inspection process and post-inspection procedures.
