Attorney Carey Featured in Administrative Law Presentation
Oct 29, 2019Attorney Bob Carey recently presented an Administrative Law live and webcast seminar on handling professional licensing and certification disputes as part of the NH Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education series.
A large part of Bob’s practice is devoted to representing doctors, nurses and other health care professionals before state licensing boards in matters including certification, patient complaints, and disciplinary hearings. During the October 18th seminar, Bob shared his strategies for effective representation at disciplinary hearings, where the client’s license (and livelihood) is on the line.
