Overview

Our Administrative Law practice represents a variety of clients in proceedings before state agencies, boards and commissions regarding licensing, regulatory and enforcement issues.

Practice Focus

We help our clients navigate complex regulations and laws in order to advance their business, professional and personal objectives or, in some cases, to avoid sanctions.  Much of our administrative practice focuses on environmental, health care, insurance and utility regulatory matters.
