Paralegal

Candy works closely with clients and the firm’s trust and estate attorneys to ensure that the administration of a decedent’s estate and/or trust is handled with care and accuracy.  The work that Candy does includes filing probate papers with the Court, gathering the decedent’s assets, liquidating assets, preparing accountings of all assets, filing fiduciary income tax returns, filing federal estate tax returns, and various other tasks necessary to transition assets from a decedent to the intended beneficiaries.

Past Experience

Candy has over 34 years of experience working as a paralegal in estate and trust administration.

Hobbies

Candy enjoys spending time with her family, the beach, reading, road trip vacations with her husband, and walks with her dog.
