Orr & Reno is Excited to Welcome Michaela Dunn
Oct 24, 2024Orr & Reno is excited to welcome Michaela Dunn as an Associate in our Litigation Practice Group. Michaela’s practice focuses on complex litigation matters at both the state and federal levels, including personal injury, criminal defense, land use, zoning, and tax abatement.
Michaela brings a wealth of experience to our team, having served as a judicial law clerk for Magistrate Judge Talesha Saint-Marc and Chief Magistrate Judge Andrea Johnstone in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Prior to that, she clerked for the State of New Hampshire Superior Court in Strafford and Carroll County. During law school at Suffolk University, Michaela gained valuable courtroom experience through the Suffolk Prosecutors Program, where she argued cases on behalf of the Essex County District Attorney’s Office as a Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney.
In addition to her legal practice, Michaela remains active in the community. She mentors with UMass Women in Leadership (UWiL), empowering young women to pursue leadership roles in public service. She also previously served as a Commissioner for the Essex County Commission on the Status of Women, advocating for gender equality.
Outside of work, Michaela enjoys antiquing, collecting rare books, and spending time outdoors with her spouse and their German Shepherd, Rampart.
We are thrilled to have Michaela on board and look forward to the expertise and passion she brings to our team!
