Orr & Reno Attorney Doug Patch Published in NH Business Review

Douglas Patch, an Orr & Reno director and shareholder who represents clients on energy matters, primarily in regulatory, administrative and legislative venues, was published in the July 7-20 issue of New Hampshire Business Review.
“Reviewing the Legislature’s Energy Accomplishments” examines, from an energy perspective, the measures taken by the NH State Legislature in its recently concluded 2017 session.
Patch is a member of Orr & Reno’s Energy, Environmental Law, Telecommunications, Utilities, Governmental Relations, Administrative and Arbitration and Mediations practice groups.
Patch is also past Chairman of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission, and a former Assistant Attorney General and a former Assistant Commissioner for the Department of Safety.
