Attorneys Sayess and Nadeau Join Orr & Reno

Orr & Reno welcomes Antony Sayess and Lindsay Nadeau to the law firm. Sayess’ practice will focus on taxation and business and succession planning, Nadeau joins the firm’s litigation department.

 

Tony provides a broad spectrum of practical business and tax law advice to clients including federal income tax planning advice to business entities and their owners, with direction in structuring transactions and reorganizations in a tax-efficient manner. He has extensive experience representing U.S. subsidiaries of foreign companies and members of consolidated groups, and with cross-border planning issues.

 

On the business law side, Tony represents clients with formations of new businesses, conversions of corporations to LLCs, debt financings, buy-sell agreements, business succession issues and buy-outs of minority interests.

 

Tony serves as NH Bar Association Vice Chair of the Corporation, Banking & Business Section and is the past chairman of the NH Bar Association Tax Section.

 

Lindsay will work on  a variety of matters, including complex commercial litigation, occupational safety and health, employment, domestic and general civil litigation.

 

Lindsay is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where she participated in the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program. and completed legal residencies in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office.
