Attorney Julie Morse Joins Orr & Reno
Jul 13, 2016Orr & Reno welcomes Julie Morse to the law firm. Her practice will focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, entity formation and restructurings, corporate governance and immigration law.
Julie represents clients in a broad range of securities law matters, including private securities offerings, federal and state regulation, registered investment adviser and broker dealer representation, and contested matters before the New Hampshire Bureau of Securities Regulation.
Her immigration practice is focused on business immigration. She has extensive experience representing multinational corporations managing large portfolios of foreign employees assigned to work in the United States.

Julie has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Securities & Corporate Finances since 2014. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Morse was most recently an attorney in the Corporate Department and a member of the Immigration Law Practice Group at McLane Middleton.
