Our team handles all types of immigration matters, such as applications for employment-based professional visas, intra-company transfers to allow employees from overseas to work at U.S. companies, and F-1 students changing to H-1B. We also assist with petitions for immediate family members and applications for citizenship, evaluate the risks to individuals with employment or travel issues, and address the effect of criminal charges on immigration status.
