Maggie focuses on transactional work, including managing complex real estate transactions across all industries (notably the hospitality industry). She also works with commercial acquisitions, complex loan transactions, including construction financing, refinancing, including CMBS loans, foreclosures, title search and examination, survey reviews, opinions of title, and title insurance commitments and policies.
Corporate/ Real Estate
Maggie loves to travel to different wine regions of the world experiencing the cultures and tastes of each. She also collects special bottles of wine along the way.
Maggie is viewed as indispensable by her colleagues, and her knowledge and command of her areas of expertise are quite impressive to the firm’s clients.
