Keagan D. Tolman
Overview
AttorneyKeagan assists clients with estate planning matters, including the creation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. He works closely with clients to understand their personal goals and family circumstances, helping them to create customized plans that achieve their estate planning objectives. Keagan also assists clients with probate administration and trust administration.
Prior to joining Orr & Reno, Keagan served as a Legal Intern with the Prosecutor’s Office at the Nashua Police Department. He also worked as a Summer Associate and Legal Intern with Orr & Reno’s Trusts and Estates Department.
During law school, in addition to serving as Editor-in-Chief of The University of New Hampshire Law Review, Volume 23, Keagan held the position of Treasurer for the Business & Tax Law Society, and worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Contract Law class.
Hobbies
In his spare time, Keagan enjoys hiking, skiing, travel, and thrifting/antiquing.
