John counsels clients in the health care and non-profit organization sectors as well as small businesses. He has worked extensively with healthcare organizations for over thirty-five years, representing a range of different providers such as hospitals, physician practices, behavioral health providers, clinical laboratories, and long-term care facilities to address the full range of issues they face from day-to-day questions such as patient confidentiality to the structure of innovative joint ventures among different providers. He counsels clients about compliance, reimbursement and regulatory questions, and strategic planning options and implementation.
