Orr & Reno attorney Jim Laboe[1] will tell you what you need to know in advance of an OSHA inspection in a webinar presentation in partnership with the Concord Chamber of Commerce[2], on Tuesday, January 18, at 10 am.

Attorney Laboe, with more than two decades of experience in handling contested OSHA matters, will explain your rights, responsibilities, and obligations during an OSHA inspection, in an effort to minimize your liability–both with OSHA and beyond.

The one-hour presentation will also include a Q & A with attendees.
